The Essex Dog Training Centre can be found just off the A128 in Brentwood.  Take Junction 28 from the M25 or Brentwood turning from the A12 and follow the signs to the Brentwood Centre Leisure Complex.  Go into the main car park and turn right.

The Essex Dog Training Centre is at the top end of the Brentwood Centre Car Park (Top Right on Map)
